4. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Email subscribers (Grant Calendar): Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Questionnaire responses and report data: 2 years from the date of your report, then securely deleted
- Payment records: 7 years, as required by Irish tax law
- Website analytics: Retained by Netlify per their own retention policy
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with the following trusted service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Microsoft (Microsoft Forms) — questionnaire collection (Microsoft Privacy Policy)
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions (Netlify Privacy Policy)
All processors are GDPR-compliant. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
