What exactly does "co-branded" mean?

Your firm's logo appears on the PDF cover, your firm name appears next to the report title, and the footer reads "Prepared by [Your Firm] in partnership with GrantMatch.ie". The body of the report is our matched eligibility content. Firm-tier partners can upgrade to full white-label (no GrantMatch mentions) as a phase-2 add-on.

What if I go over my yearly report limit?

You'll get a heads-up email at 80% of your limit. If you hit it, we won't auto-charge you for overage. You'll just need to either upgrade tier (pro-rated in Stripe) or wait until your next annual anniversary resets the counter. No surprise invoices.

How does the subscription work? Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly subscription, billed by Stripe. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal at any time. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, then stops. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. If you cancel during the 6-month founding window, you lose the locked-in rate if you rejoin later.

How fast do reports come back?

Reports are turned around within 48 hours of your client completing the questionnaire. Each one carries a human quality check before it lands in your inbox. If a specific client needs faster turnaround, flag it and we'll prioritise.

Do you talk to my clients directly?

No, that's a deliberate design choice. Reports are always emailed to you, and you forward them to your client. We don't hold your client's details outside what's needed to generate the report, and we never contact them. You keep the client relationship and control all downstream advisory work.

What happens if my client doesn't qualify for any grants?

The report still runs and will explicitly show why they didn't qualify (e.g. turnover above SME thresholds, wrong sector, trading history too short). That "no-match" transparency is often useful advisory information in its own right. It's a clear answer the client can't get from a five-minute Google search. We don't refund for no-match reports because the work was still done.

Who updates the scheme database?

We do. It's updated at least monthly against the source websites (Enterprise Ireland, the LEO network, SBCI, SFI, Skillnet, SEAI, Bord Bia, Fáilte, and the rest). When a scheme closes or a deadline changes, it's reflected in the next report you generate.

Can I charge my own clients for this?

Yes, this is the model. Your subscription is the wholesale cost. What you charge your client for the grant-advisory service is entirely up to you. We don't police it and we don't want to. Most partners bundle it into existing retainer work; some charge a separate fee for the report plus follow-up advisory.

What's the legal relationship; are you a sub-contractor?

GrantMatch.ie is a data/content service. We supply you with grant-eligibility research as a licensed deliverable; you re-present it to your client under your firm's professional relationship. The report itself carries the standard disclaimer that eligibility must be verified with the funding body before application. A short partner-agreement PDF is signed at Stripe checkout covering licensing, data handling, and the co-branding terms.
